Every school is a different size, runs different modules and starts from a different place. So we quote per school rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most of them.
What determines your price
Four things change the number. Knowing them means you can work out roughly where you’ll land before you speak to us.
Number of students
The main factor. A 400-student school and a 4,000-student school don’t pay the same.
Modules you turn on
Start with the parts you need. You don’t pay for modules you aren’t using.
One school or a group
Trusts running several campuses are quoted as a group rather than school by school.
Devices and integrations
Biometric readers, RFID and GPS trackers — we work with what you already own where possible.

Why isn’t the price listed on this page?
Because a single figure would mislead most schools reading it. Cost depends on your student count and which modules you use, so we’d rather give you an accurate number than a headline one.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Tell us your student count and the modules you’re interested in and we can quote from there — see the module list if you’re not sure which you need.
Do we have to buy every module?
No. Start with what’s causing the most work — often fees, attendance or transport — and add modules later. Everything shares the same student records, so adding one doesn’t mean re-entering data.
Do you charge for setup?
Setup takes one day and we do it with you. Ask us to confirm this as part of your quote so there are no surprises.
We run several schools. Are we quoted separately?
No — school groups are quoted as a group, across all campuses.
